Price & Pickup

We strive to be open and upfront about everything at Vista Goldens, so here is the page that will detail the price of one of our puppies and the methods we provide to get your puppy to you.

Price

Deposits / Total Price

Both male and female puppies are the same price, $3750.00 (USD.) This includes a $750.00 (USD) deposit used to reserve a puppy from a litter. This deposit is non-refundable, however if you place a deposit on a puppy and deicide that it isn’t the right time, or you aren’t ready, etc we will hold your deposit for up to 24 months to be placed towards a litter or animal based on availability. After 24 months the deposit is forfeit to Vista Goldens.

The remaining balance of $3000.00 (USD) is due at or before the time of pickup. We will only accept a personal check 14 days prior to pick up.

We are more than happy to work out a payment plan over the course of 8 weeks to help you pay off the remaining balance in $750.00 (USD) payments every 2 weeks until your puppy is paid off. We do not offer this option on future litters unless discussed beforehand.

If you are seeking a show-prospect the price is $5000.00 (USD.) This includes an $1000.00 (USD) deposit used to reserve your priority placement on our waitlist. Not every litter will produce a quality show prospect and thus a deposit placed towards a show prospect puppy is good for up to 36 months. If after 36 months a show prospect has not been produced we will return your deposit in full. If we notify you that we have a show prospect for you and you decline your deposit is forfeit to Vista Goldens.

We use WaveApps, a secure billing company and are able to accept all credit cards, debit cards, or ACH transfers. We charge an addition 4% transaction fee on all invoices sent. On deposits it is $30.00, on Final Invoice this fee is $110.00. This fee can be avoided by paying with Zelle or Cash.

Healthy Puppies

Each puppy will be vet checked prior to leaving Vista Goldens, and have their first set of vaccines (Canine Distemper Virus, Adenovirus type 1 (Hepatitis) and Adenovirus type 2 (Respiratory Disease), Canine Parainfluenza Virus, and Canine Parvovirus. They will also have been dewormed twice (Safeguard, Pyrantel), started on a heart-worm preventative, and will be Microchipped.

If your puppy has to travel across state lines, there is an additional $75.00 (USD) charge to pull a Health Certificate or CVI (legally required to cross state lines.)

Puppy Kits

Our puppies also go home with a new puppy kit to ensure the transition from our home to yours is as smooth as possible. This kit is valued at about $500.00.

  • Apple AirTag + Collar Case.

  • Snuggle Puppy.

  • Blanket that smells like mom and littermates.

  • Clicker for training.

  • Bag of Training Treats + Treat Bag.

  • Whimzees Puppy Dental Treats

  • Bottle of Puppy Shampoo. (Travel-friendly size if flying with puppy.)

  • Pack of Puppy Wipes.

  • 3 Rolls of Poop Bags.

  • Leather Collar.

  • 4Lbs. Bag of Puppy Food (Full 28lb. size bag available for purchase at wholesale price.)

  • 2-4lb. of Raw Diet (Amount depends on availability, Not included if flying with puppy.)

  • 2 Cans of Wet Food.

  • Collapsible Dog Bowl (Only Included if flying with puppy.)

  • Health Information Folder.

  • Prepaid Microchip / Prepaid AKC Registration.

  • Wondercide All Natural Flea and Tick Spray (Available at a discounted price, not included with puppy purchase.)

We are more than happy to welcome you into our home to pick up your puppy!

Meet at Local Airport

We can meet at one of our two local airports (Detroit Metro, DTW) or Flint-Bishop International (FNT).

Flight Nanny / Ground Transport

Currently with Covid restrictions it is very hard to find a flight nanny/ground transport for live animals. At this time we are NOT OFFERING THIS AS AN OPTION.
